Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

We want you to love your jewellery. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within a timeframe of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a 5-7 working days, depending on method of payment.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded.

Made-to-order and personalised jewellery cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Earrings (for hygiene reasons) cannot be returned unless faulty.

Sale items are non-refundable.

Shipping returns

Before you return the purchased item, you need to contact us on returns@magiccrafts.co.uk

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact me at returns@magiccrafts.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue and order number.

We will arrange a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.
